Long Island Manufacturing Day – Suffolk County Community College

Celebrate Manufacturing Month on Long Island!

Join us at Suffolk County Community College for Salute to Manufacturing, an event bringing together Long Island manufacturers, students, educators, and industry professionals to highlight the importance of manufacturing to our region’s economy and workforce.

This event provides an opportunity for students and educators to connect directly with local manufacturers, learn about the innovative products and technologies being developed across Long Island, and explore the wide range of career opportunities available in today’s manufacturing industry.

From aerospace and defense to advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies, Long Island’s manufacturing sector offers exciting career pathways for the next generation of skilled workers.

Ignite Long Island is proud to support Manufacturing Month and initiatives that strengthen connections between industry and education, build awareness of manufacturing careers, and develop the region’s future workforce.

We encourage manufacturers, educators, and students to participate and help celebrate the impact of manufacturing on Long Island.
