Pharma firm expands with Commack industrial property

Gemini Pharmaceuticals is expanding in Commack with a new 30,444-square-foot manufacturing facility at 81 Modular Drive. Supported by $13.9 million in Suffolk County IDA incentives, the family-owned company is growing its Long Island operations across four sites. The new location, formerly occupied by Lanco York, marks another step in Gemini’s continued investment in the region’s manufacturing sector.
