Ignite Long Island Featured on BuildSubmarines NASCAR Entry at Watkins Glen

Ignite Long Island was proud to be represented on a national stage this past weekend, with our logo featured on the No. 17 BuildSubmarines.com Ford Mustang driven by Chris Buescher at Watkins Glen International.

This opportunity, led by BuildSubmarines—a workforce initiative supporting the U.S. submarine industrial base—highlights the connection between regional workforce efforts and national manufacturing priorities.

Ignite Long Island continues to work with manufacturers and partners across the region to support talent development and industry growth. Being included on the car reflects the role Long Island plays in strengthening the broader manufacturing ecosystem.

We thank the BuildSubmarines team for the opportunity and look forward to continuing this important work.
