Suffolk County Launches Business Gateway: A New Resource for Local Businesses
Suffolk County has launched the Suffolk County Business Gateway, a new online resource designed to make it easier for businesses to access County services, find support, and connect with the resources they need to grow.
Whether you’re starting a new business, expanding your operations, or relocating within Suffolk County, the Business Gateway serves as a centralized hub that connects businesses with programs, information, and County departments through a single point of access.
The platform was developed in response to feedback from the local business community. Through Suffolk County’s Business Needs & Navigation Survey, 99% of respondents indicated that having a single point of contact for County-related business matters would be beneficial. The Business Gateway was created to meet that need by bringing together business resources, assistance requests, and County support services in one convenient location.
What You’ll Find on the Business Gateway
Businesses can use the platform to:

- Find information for starting, relocating, or expanding a business
- Request assistance with County-related business matters
- Connect with the appropriate County departments
- Receive support in resolving business challenges
In addition, Suffolk County has introduced Insights I Info, a new bi-weekly e-newsletter that provides updates on business resources, economic development initiatives, funding opportunities, and County news affecting the business community.
